Hi.... people
I'm kinda new to this blogging stuff, so don't expect this to be particularly smart. Or grammatically correct. Or have good spelling.
but anyway... to put it simply, I'm writing a book, and I think that the best way to keep me writing it, is to create a blog, and see what people think.
Im doing this because the last times I tried to write, I stopped after a few pages, and started reading again. Or I lost the book.
Anyway. The basic idea of the book, is that theres this fairly normal guy (named alex... i always name the main characters alex.) who finds out that he can travel through to parallel worlds. And hes not the only one. He is joined by his next door neighbour. (people who can do this are called worlders, btw. The smart ones will notice that its the reason for my blog name. At the top of the page.) Anyway, these two get up to some pretty cool stuff, like spaceships and magic.)
My favourite part is the mixing up of stuff. These guys can travel to a world exactly the same as earth, except that everyones got a magic power. Or they can travel to a spaceship that fights with aliens. Or a pirate ship. Or a space-pirate ship. The possibilities are endless. Feel free to give me cool ideas, cause ive ran out of cool worlds. endless only goes so far. And names. I'm really bad at good names.
These guys (the girl is Natalie) do some travelling, fighting, flying, shooting and generally being awsome.
Than the bad stuff start. But im not gonna give that away now.
Im up to roughly 1650 words right now, about 2 pages. As a clue, it involves eggs. And annoying sisters.
Comment if you think you'll like the idea, have any new ideas or names. Feel free to think up cool stuff that should happen. And awsome worlds. And try to be creative. See if you can think up something that doesnt make any sense, cause those are the most fun.
PS does anyone here like skulduggery pleasent? I think its legendary.
